Technical Information
1- The couch must be horizontally and straightly moved with accurate motion without interruption or stopping with speed oscillate from 2 cm/min to 200 cm/min
2- The vertical distance (height) from the room ground to the top of couch doesn’t exceed 15cm to provide projecting area of irradiation up to 60cm x 60cm.
3- The structure should be two units to enter and pass thorough the corridors (max length of the unit is 3m)
4- Material of the structure is Aluminum and material of the couch is wood or plastic
5- Safety system must be provided to inform the operator if there is interruption or stopping and keep the patient out of the irradiation spot as possible.
6- The operation must be controlled by using PC out of the irradiation room.
7- The acceptable error in the dose is 10% at most between the calculated and measured dose.
